Set up your closet
Start with a few frequently ordered items. Count the same unit every time; tell the app how many of that unit you buy in one case or pack.
Fix an entry / history
Choose the entry that was wrong and enter its corrected total, not the difference. The original entry and your reason stay in history. If lowering a receipt below what was shelved, correct the shelving entry first.
Backup & offline setup
Confirm the downloaded file in Files/Downloads, then test a restore using a disposable sample workspace. CSV cannot restore your project. Each device/browser has its own records; there is no cloud sync. Clearing site data can delete your workspace.
